Avaya has now received a total of eight TSIA STAR awards in the past three years, earning a place in the TSIA STAR Awards Hall of Fame – a recognition that Avaya received last year for lifetime achievement for outstanding service

Avaya files registration statement for Initial Public Offering

On 9 June, Avaya Holdings Corp., the parent company of Avaya Inc., announced that it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of $1 billion of its common stock.

The filing comes with a significant set of responsibilities and government-mandated guidelines that we need to take seriously and ensure we understand. Now that we have filed, we are officially in a "quiet period" and will be until 25 days following the date that any stock begins trading. During this period, federal securities laws limit the amount and nature of the information Avaya and related parties can release regarding the filing.

To that end, we have developed a document that will explain what the filing means as well as provide you with a core set of guidelines, including information on what activities we can – and cannot – engage in during this process.
