Q: If you buy my out of service equipment, how do I get it to you and how do I get paid?
A: Ship the equipment ground UPS-COD. UPS will bring payment bak to you after they deliver the equipment to us.

Q: Do you provide technical support?
A: We provide tech support for customers that have bought products from us.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Company Checks for qualified customers.
