We offer returns on both new and like new products. All returns must be received within 14 days of the invoice date. A 25% Restocking fee is applicable on all returned items that are not deemed defective. Our Free Ground shipping offer is waived on all returns if a replacement is not offered. Refunds will include the total of your purchase less shipping fees. Returned products must include all original packaging all original parts or accessories. Returned products must also have the original warranty sticker intact and undamaged. Incomplete products will be refused. Software or Licensing fees are purchased as final sales, returns on these items are not accepted. Items purchased within 30 days are replaced via advanced replacement and are shipped the same method as the original purchase. A return authorization number must be assigned by CDAssociates.org to all items prior to being returned to CDAssociates.org . All returned items without a return authorization number may be subject to additional charges. All returned boxes must have a copy of the required RMA Authorization forms in the box or items are subject to refusal. For returns on orders shipped outside of North America it is the customer's responsibility to pay for all shipping charges.

Defective items: You ship us your defective item, and we get you a replacement. An Advance Replacement Warranty is offered within 30 days of purchase date. We ship you a replacement, same method as purchase, as soon as a defective item is reported. For a nominal fee, you can even upgrade shipping on replacements to get them as quickly as you need them.
Shipping Policy:
Ground shipments usually ship the same or next business day. All expedited shipping will ship the same day as long as the order is placed before the shipment cutoff. Typical ground shipments could take up to 3-5 days depending of the area of Fed-Ex service.
